I've been trained as a facilitator and program designer, and I specialize in creating custom training resources for my clients. Resources can include facilitator-led classroom experiences, webinars, and advanced online and eLearning solutions. I've been involved in various project topics ranging from soft skills and sales training, to process and systems training. I've built successful blended learning programs for global teams and clients across various industries including hospitality, automotive, financial services, manufacturing, data analytics, broad business intelligence, restaurant services, and legal.
